Nehmen Sie reife und gewaschene Tomaten und schneiden Sie die Tomaten in große Stücke. Geben Sie die Tomatenstücke mit etwas Wasser in den Kocher. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Tomaten gut gekocht sind. Lassen Sie den Topf abkühlen. Nach 5 Minuten öffnen den Kocher und mit einem Stabmixer vermischen Sie die Tomaten filtern Sie den heißen Tomatensaft durch ein Sieb in eine große Schüssel . Stellen Sie die Schüssel auf den Herd und erhitzen Sie sie. Fügen Sie ausreichend zukar , Salz, Essig und Chilipulver hinzu. Lassen Sie den Topf 15 Minuten auf der Flamme. Der leckere Tomatenketchup ist fertig.
